Sylvina Consulting has 23 years of experience in supporting and improving home party plan companies. We have worked with party plan companies at all stages of growth.

For example, at Creative Memories, our president Jay Leisner was the lead business analyst on a year long project to implement new direct selling software. Before the software could be implemented, all of the business processes of the company needed to be identified followed by software modifications to support the Creative Memories business.

Following this project, as Sylvina Consulting's first client, we provided compensation plan consulting services and helped Creative Memories in the creation and reporting of its key operating indicators (the performance measurements of its business) and other information both for the Home Office and the field.

For L'Bri, a 10-year-old skincare company, Sylvina Consulting performed a business performance review. This was an in-depth examination of the business to identify targets of opportunity for positive change, with specific recommendations. As a result of our contributions, the business is doing well.

We prepared a field performance report and a competitive analysis, and also designed and conducted a consultant survey for a 333-year-old company seeking to acquire an established party plan company.
