Our president of Sylvina Consulting, Jay Leisner, helped NuSkin in 1989 to expand into Canada and the UK when its annual sales were 2% of today's figures.

In 1993, Jay designed the binary compensation plan software for USANA when its sales were merely $70,000 per week.

Launched in 1999, Sylvina Consulting has provided a broad range of MLM consultant services to hundreds of direct selling companies.

For Mannatech, we conducted a study of the effectiveness of its business processes, meeting with teams of people over several days. At the end of the engagement, we presented an assessment to senior management with an hour of concluding the last interview. Within one week, we delivered a comprehensive written report with observations and recommendations.

For FreeLife, we provided compensation plan technology consulting services to reduce the time required to calculate monthly commissions and to process web transactions faster in its backend systems. We also fuly documented their compensation plan. With our help, FreeLife was able to migrate to a new and more powerful platform.
