Increasing Attendance At Home Parties

How do I get more people to attend our home parties?

Hostess coaching can make or break a party. When a guest books a party, the event really begins at that moment. The date for the party should be booked right then and there (even if only tentatively.) The party date should be set as soon as possible as “the longer the wait, the shorter the desire.”

The consultant should have several hostess packets pre-made and ready to go. The consultant should explain the information in the packet to the new hostess. Each packet should contain a guest sign-up sheet, a checklist of activities, catalogs, order forms, the consultant’s business card, a hostess wish list, and more.

The hostess and the consultant should work closely together to make each party as successful as possible.

Leaving all of the follow up to the hostess will only assure fewer guests. Fewer guests leads to fewer sales and fewer sales leads to hostess disappointment, an unhappy consultant and slow growth for her business and yours.

When hostess coaching is taught and consultants follow the recommended approach, more guests will attend, party sales will be higher, more bookings will be generated from the party, and recruiting will be easier. Even better, your business will grow faster!
