Robin Wagner was U.S. Figure Skating's Coach of the Year for 2002 (U.S. Figure Skating // October 16, 2002).
She coached Sarah Hughes to a gold medal in Ladies Singles at the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Games.
In the fall of 2002, Wagner said in part:
- “I wanted to be respected as a professional, knowing that in order to get respect I had to respect my students.”
Sarah Hughes knew that she may not have won the gold medal without a coach who valued her goals and desires and respected her abilities.
Wagner looked at every detail of Sarah’s performance. At Sylvina Consulting, we do the same. We look at coaching as Robin Wagner did for Sarah Hughes.
Like Wagner who learns about her clients by watching them skate, when we begin working with a new client, our first assignment is to become familiar with your business model and the current status of development of your materials.
We review every available detail of your company including your business concept, business plan, budget, compensation plan, consultant manual, policies and procedures and hostess program.
If you have an area that needs development, we help you to create what you need to fit your business. We believe that taking you and your business and “dropping” it into an already existing package doesn’t provide you with cost-effective results, especially if you have already begun to create your materials.
As a coach we would tell you a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t take into account how long you have been in business, your products or services, margins and other important details that are specific to you.
Without Wagner, Sarah may never have realized her Olympic Gold Medal.
Your direct selling company may achieve its ultimate goals, but without a good coach, will it happen fast enough for you?
Even the best teams have a coach. That is the motto of Sylvina Consulting.
